TKO Training Program
Kelly Matthews and Tim Riley joined forces to create this 9 week program. It was designed to allow you to realize the most athletic version of yourself. Advanced strength and conditioning training methods such as “french contrast” and elements of “triphasic” will dramatically increase strength and power, while hardstyle kettlebell training and traditional bodybuilding are used to increase muscle mass, enhance functional mobility, and improve endurance. Bigger, stronger, and faster… who says you can't have it all?
There are two upper body training days and two lower body training days. It’s an easy to navigate PDF format with explicit directions on how to approach training sessions and links to example videos for each exercise.
You will need access to a full gym with a barbell, trap bar, dumbbell, kettlebells, medicine balls, cable and resistance bands.
This is an intermediate/advanced program and is not suitable for beginners.
